Dear Grace Church and friends, Your bishops and your wardens believe it is our pastoral responsibility to respond to the reality that in-person, public worship is being curtailed during Holy Week and Easter. We will be working (digitally of course) with Deaon CJ Puskarz and others in our Diocese to make available to you different worship services. We will keep you posted as we finalize these services to be available via email or online. We encourage you, the faithful at Grace, to continue to mail in your pledges. In the same vein, we will continue to make our monthly payments & contributions, as we are able. Together we will get through this. Some resources include: links to free virtual museum tours, yoga and other movement practices, online AA meetings, Facebook baking group, breathing exercises, online singing, worship at home, go for a walk, and more. Our local library may be closed so this is a good time to catch up on reading books on our own bookshelves. Call someone you haven't talked to in a long time. Please send your email address to Debbie at the Church office (firstname.lastname@example.org) to be able to keep up to date with all the changes at church and be able to receive worship services as we develop them for reading and/or online viewing. An ongoing list of online services offered throughout the Episcopal Church in Connecticut can be found here.
