Our need to undertake this project is great. Completing the critical repairs and desired renovations is estimated to cost $450,000. This list of items was developed by the property committee and carefully prioritized by the vestry. Repairs and renovations will take place over three years.

Roof & Gutter: Over 20 years ago the Property Committee noted that the roof needed repair. Some will remember the Holy Week services when Marty Hegpeth was rector when we emptied buckets and pails at regular intervals during services.
Energy Efficient Windows: The present windows are original to the building, rusting, single-pane, and some do not close tightly. Newer, double-paned, insulated windows are needed to protect the building and reduce energy consumption.
Carpet & Asbestos Removal in Parish Hall: Attempts at regular cleaning have revealed the severity of damage and some of the stains. When installed it was glued down to asbestos-containing linoleum tiles. It must be removed by a contractor licensed to handle asbestos.
Handicapped Accessible Bathrooms: The toilets in the parish hall are original to the building and have been prone to failure since the mid 1980s. The facilities are not handicapped accessible.
Parking Lot Repair: Stop gap measures and attempts at patching have not held up. Problems with sever cracking and asphalt disintegrating continue to mount.
Upgrade Technology: Office equipment needs regular upgrading and ours are long overdue. Our audio taping system has failed. Our computers are aging quickly and are inefficient for our office needs.
